Agreeing on work
Start by describing the garden, location and help you need. Before agreeing to a service, confirm the scope, quoted price including any applicable GST, materials, timing, access requirements and any agreed conditions. Sending an enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking. The website has no checkout, payment collection or online equipment ordering. Product examples and fictional concepts are labelled as such.
Consumer enquiries and complaints
For a question about a quote, work or information on this site, contact Ross on 0409 690 724. Explain the issue, relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking. Ask for a private way to provide any necessary written information or photographs. Australian consumer guarantees can apply to services, including requirements relating to care and skill, a disclosed purpose and reasonable timing where no time is agreed. Nothing on this site removes a non-excludable consumer right. Independent information is available from the ACCC and Consumer and Business Services South Australia.
Review-site disclosures
This V1 website is published for review. Photos labelled as supplied inspiration are not presented as a verified portfolio. Watercolour scenes are explanatory illustrations. Manufacturer examples do not establish a dealership, endorsement, stock or sale offer. HE&L Concepts are invented examples. Final service wording, imagery and business processes require the business owner’s review before the final business launch.
